These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PlayFame, a free-to-play social sweepstakes casino operated by B2 Services OÜ (Estonia) and B-Two Operations Ltd (Isle of Man) ("we", "us", "Company"). PlayFame is a social gaming platform: no purchase is necessary to play or to collect Sweeps Coins, and the platform is void where prohibited. No gambling license is required because PlayFame operates under the social sweepstakes model and offers no real-money wagering. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking "I Agree" or using any part of the PlayFame platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or Sweeps Rules published on the platform. These Terms, together with our current Sweeps Rules, form the complete agreement between you and the Company.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your state of residence, whichever is higher.
• PlayFame is available only to legal residents of the United States who are physically located in an eligible state. The platform is not available, and Sweeps Coins may not be collected or redeemed, in the following excluded states: California (CA), Connecticut (CT), Delaware (DE), Idaho (ID), Indiana (IN), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Maryland (MD), Maine (ME), Michigan (MI), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Ohio (OH), Tennessee (TN), Washington (WA) and West Virginia (WV). The platform is void where prohibited.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address or device. Multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any Sweeps Coins balance.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Providing false information, including age or state of residence, is grounds for immediate account termination.
• It is your responsibility to confirm that participation in free-to-play sweepstakes is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering or playing.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. PlayFame shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

4. Gold Coins, Sweeps Coins & Coin Packages

• Gold Coins (GC) are the standard play currency. They are used purely for entertainment, have no monetary value and can never be redeemed for cash, prizes or anything of value.
• Sweeps Coins (SC) are a promotional sweepstakes entry. Subject to eligibility, Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes at a rate of 1 SC = $1.00 once they have been played through at least once (1× playthrough) and identity verification (KYC) is complete.
• Gold Coins are always free to collect. You may optionally purchase Gold Coin packages, which include a complimentary bonus of Sweeps Coins. Purchasing a coin package is never required to play, to collect Sweeps Coins or to redeem prizes. Available coin packages and their exact contents are shown in the app.
• Optional coin packages may be paid for with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. There are no deposits, no wagering and no withdrawals — purchases simply add Gold Coins to your account.
• Redemptions of Sweeps Coins are available as gift cards from 10 SC and as cash prizes from 75 SC, processed to the method on file once KYC is approved. A completed identity verification is required before any redemption is released.
• No Purchase Necessary (AMOE): You may request free Sweeps Coins by mail at no cost, with no purchase required, by submitting a written request in accordance with our then-current Sweeps Rules. The mail-in method is an equal alternative means of entry, and the specific postal address and the number of Sweeps Coins awarded per request are set out in the current Sweeps Rules.
• Sweeps Coins on an account that remains inactive for 60 days may expire. We reserve the right to amend coin package contents and promotional Sweeps Coins offers at any time.

5. Welcome Bundle & Promotions

• New players receive a free welcome bundle of 7,500 Gold Coins + 2.5 Sweeps Coins on sign-up. No purchase and no promo code are required to claim it.
• The welcome bundle is a free social-gaming promotion, not a deposit bonus. Gold Coins are for entertainment only; the included Sweeps Coins are redeemable for prizes after a single (1×) playthrough and completed KYC.
• Promotional Sweeps Coins must be played through at least once before any associated redemption is eligible. There is no monetary wagering requirement and no maximum-bet rule, because PlayFame is a free-to-play sweepstakes platform.
• The welcome bundle may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address or device.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are void where prohibited.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on PlayFame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are fair, random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Game outcomes are final once the round is completed. Jackpot games, leaderboards and prize-place mechanics are entertainment features played in Gold Coins or promotional Sweeps Coins and do not represent guaranteed payouts. Technical errors, disconnections or malfunctions void any game round where the outcome is uncertain.

7. Responsible Social Gameplay

• Harassment, abusive language or threats directed at staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the PlayFame website including logos, graphics, game interfaces, text and software is the exclusive property of B2 Services OÜ, B-Two Operations Ltd or their licensors. Reproduction, distribution or reverse engineering of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayFame shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for optional coin packages in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater. PlayFame is a free-to-play social platform and does not offer real-money gaming.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms. When an account is closed for Terms violations, any promotional Sweeps Coins and related redeemable balance may be forfeited. Gold Coins have no monetary value and are not refundable. Eligible redemptions will be released after an investigation confirms no fraud or breach has occurred.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

If you dispute any game outcome, redemption or decision, contact customer support within 30 days of the event. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state of your residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and the Company agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction within the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and via a notice on the website at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
